I was losing weight fine and steady, when these periods came and now I am bloated af.. my face is puffy.. my stomach is puffy.. every bloody thing is puffy😫😫😫😫
70 kg Lost so far: 12.2 kg.    Still to go: 5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

needed to overcheck ur calories intake reduce it and workout along with cardio 5-6 days a week detox ur body u can use apple cider vinegar and have protein rich diet

that's ok.. one thing in grls life is this period.. many workout at this time many dnt.. i dint.. but from yesterday I'm back working out.. dnt worry.. u do well till nxt period 😇😇

@sumo 996 I do a bit of cycling. It makes my mind fresh and also reduces cramps. But I cant avoid bloating because my hormones are going haywire.

himashree, i have just seen your photograph in your profile. Seems that you have belly fat and feeling like bloating. Dont worry. There is solution to reduce your belly fat. Have a cup of bulletproof coffee everyday in the morning. It has many other benefits apart melting you belly fat. I have tried it and seen the results.

You lost weight in the wrong way. You did crash dieting without proper knowledge of nutrients. Results lost in muscles instead of fat. Your weight will be recover soon after your normal eating habits.

I suggest you to do less cardio workout and do more strength training. Keep calorie deficit upto 500 calories from you Total Daily Energy Expenditure. Crash diet and too much cardio workout leads to muscles loss

@himashree i understand hormone imbalance.. I too dnt eat much yet I used to bloat alot.. But slowly avoiding junk oily food and eating daily healthy food.. Within 2 yrs hormone are fine.. Now I eat three meals a day whatever cooked and do cardio and walking.

@sumo996 I would suggest strength Training 3-4 times a week, and have high protein diet [multiply lean mass{(weight minus fat(calculate from fat%)} with 2, that should be your target for protein if doing strength training and cardio]. If possible join gym.

I tried tying my stomach at night with a broad cloth. This helps in reducing bloating and cravings for food. Also please don’t worry and don’t get discouraged; you will lose as soon as it’s over 7 days max can be tough time every women goes through.

drink a lot of water stick to your diet. it's just water retention nothing more. stsy positive.
