It's ok and normal. I was there too. I was 90kg after 60kg fastly achieved to 50kg. But then back to 57kg. It's because of your metabolism.

@kdivyaakshaya87 Losing weight is a combination of hormonal effect and energy balance. If you calculate your TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure) and eat below it, you will lose weight, if you eat above it you will gain weight. 1kg of fat is approximately 7000Calories. However this itself is not enough, in order to achieve the maximum effect out of your calorie deficient diet you must make sure you have adequate insulin and leptin sensitivity. Insulin spikes whenever we eat food, and specially more when we eat simple carbs, so limit your carbohydrate intake to 100g a day and eat a lot of healthy fats, it will keep your insulin levels in check. Apart from that, have a time restricted eating window, it really helps the body to stabilize the hormones related to hunger and weight loss, Fast for 14 hours and eat for 10 hours (Also called Intermittent Fasting). If you don't take my word for it, research about IF and Circadian Rythms yourself, there's ample information online. Research shows that after 8-12 hours of fasting the body turns to fat for energy since all the glycogen stores are depleted. And it also keeps your insulin levels low. Side note:- There are online calculators for TDEE that are accurate to about 20% Play within that range and you will lose weight, from fat and not muscle.

@@AI@ Thank you! It’s just that I’m not doing anything specific for the weight loss apart from following the calorie deficit and that’s why it kinda scared me a bit.

@Sulabh Negi My actual weight is 79.9 but I’m not really putting it up in here because I think my weighing machine could be wrong so if we consider 79.9 as my actual weight, it’s concurring for me but yeah! Thank you so much!

@kdivyaakshaya87 I’m sorry that you’re not losing weight even after following this, You must consult a dietitian. He/She might help you really well this. I’m a noob and I’m just following random things, My suggestions might not be helpful.

How many months did it take to lose 26-27kgs? It is not scary but if you lose so soon later when u stop your calorie deficit diet you'll gain weight at a fast pace it has happened with me too.

Losing 100-200 Per 2 Days is Healthy! If you Losing Weight too fast, you probably eating less Calories than you Burn! Make sure you eat 200-300 Calories Deficit To Lose Weight from Your TDEE Caloires

I think this is not healthy. Because you lose weight, not fat. what the difference between fat loss or weight loss. you need to study about it. Thanks
