Cut out the sodas totally again. Eating Healthy Choice meals, greek yogurt, weight watcher cheese sticks, humus and carrots.

Tennis season.. so I get my tennis exercise more during the week also.
90.6 kg Lost so far: 4.2 kg.    Still to go: 9.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.4 kg a Week
