Do you work out along with a cleaner diet?
I started my weight loss journey from July 2020 with 106kgs and Now I weigh 80Kgs. No workout, chum! I didn’t work out at all.

Great bro...18 kg..in 5 month gajab aur Kitna loss Karna hai..if your height is above 5'8 then 68-75kg is best
