My consumption has reduced. I’m consuming at least 1100 calories a day. I’m not doing this on purpose. Things have been stressful and yeah!
78.5 kg Lost so far: 27.5 kg.    Still to go: 78.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

welp, hope things get better soon for you. on the brighter side atleast you loose weight in such times, my weight would rather sky rocket as i start stress eating

if you can't eat the calories then drink it .....put banana,oats,protein powder,some honey,ice if you want blend and drink it

don't do this!!! it will mess your metabolism. you will become insulin resistance and once you become insulin resistance , it brings lot of issues including weight gain and chances of diabetes

@tanyafc46 i hope you know your calorie count? If you don't here is an advice multiply your bodyweight in pounds with 15 that is your maintenance calories. Now if you want to lose weight go 300-400 calories below maintenance if want to gain add 300-400 cal. And if you gain and lose weight very easily!! Multiply your weight in pounds with 14 instead of 15.
