I was stopped from my diet and exercise for one and half months. Just fees days back I am into my fitness track with diet of more protein , fat and less carbs. It’s working
66.1 kg Lost so far: 8.9 kg.    Still to go: 6.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
