Super bloated today. Didnt make it to the gym at all this week and its really just my own fault. Its a long weekend (although Im sitting in the office rn) and I have a bunch of stuff I want to get done. Hopefully Ill make it through half the list and will have some time to enjoy being outside on my freshened up deck.
118.6 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 36.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
