speed has come down from 1 kg per 6-7 days to 1 kg per 10 days but i am still getting there.

73 kg Lost so far: 14 kg. Still to go: 2 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

This is only natural 😂 i started losing 5-6 kgs per month...now m losing 1-1.5 kg a month...body adapts and becomes more efficient gradually..😂 its wonderful though
