I know the feeling! I will say that the last time this happened for me (after 5 days), I had a nice drop to follow. Keep on keeping on! You got this!

Dont give up! I am static again too, please dont get down. I have decided to change my foods around and just shopped for more fresh veg used as carb substitutes, eg, butternut squash 'chips' (not sure if I like BSquash) cauliflower rice etc. Just trying the change let you know but keep going!
