Was on a break for 4 days .. but still happy with no real weight gain 🙂🙂
73.8 kg Lost so far: 4.4 kg.    Still to go: 3.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Bayya, I changed my plan, I want to increase my weight 65 to 70..but I look like thin...also want to reduce the belly but with good body....
