To all the alcohol n junk on the weekend 😡😡😡
This calls for an extra 30 mins and the treadmill ..lol

When I found this app, I just blocked all my close influencing friends who used call me for parties which they sponsor so it was hard to reject. If ur committed to health u might just well ditch some ppl who are negative influence on ur mind. I remember saying from ninja assassin, Eat today walk twice as hard tomorrow.
