This summer made all the difference. I am 55. After 2 months of covid in the winter something happened to me. I am now happily reporting I can Jogg 3.5 miles a day swim 100 laps in a 25 m pool and or Spin 45 m. Maintaining 111 lb all muscles and eating what my body needs. I am still not tasting some things but I can breath again and my lethargic moments are almost gone. Braimfog is still lingering.
