Keep pushing .. ok my 1st short time target is 69.9 kgs … it’s goona take at least 4 to 6 days as weekend is here and so is my drinking with friends 🤣🤣 🙈
70.7 kg Lost so far: 7.5 kg.    Still to go: 0.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
