Hangin in there food wise. I had some peanut M&M's last night so I wasnt sure how my weigh in would go today but its not too bad.

Ive made a protein smoothie the past two days with greens and its been fine. Nice change from almond milk and powder. I havent been getting enough water though so that will be one of my bigger challenges. Im ready for Halloween candy to start disappearing too.
119.1 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 36.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
