No school today so I was able to brush my teeth AND weigh in this morning haha (reference to my post from yesterday).

A little up today but I know its just water. Its almost TOM, this week has wore me out, and I ate a lot of french bread with my soup last night and it was YUMMY. Ive been doing well maintaining but its time to start cutting back a little. I have two weddings in N Michigan this summer (back to back weekends) and Id like to look (and feel like I look) better.

My shoulder has been messed up again. Last year I had a terrible muscle spasm and couldnt move. I had no idea it could hurt so bad. I also thought I would be able to feel it spasm but it just felt like a brick. Last Friday I had it again but I couldnt tell if it was just a spasm or if I also have a pinched nerve. I could barely move and I stayed medicated and wrapped up pretty much the whole day. Ive been trying to use the roller and be gentle during my workouts. Its been feeling better and Wednesdays workout was a bit more shoulder-centric so I went for it and it was great! But last night it was not great and it definitely felt like a pinched nerve. I could hardly use the 8# dumbbells for some of the moves and had to so something in place of the mountain climbers and push ups. I thought it was better today but Im not so sure now... I cant afford a massage right now and I dont want to mess with getting a chiropractor. Im really not sure whats best but Ill keep using the heating pad, stretching, and Tylenol. Suggestions are welcome!
