Just back from a 10-day luxury coastal break in California. Ate & drank to my heart's delight and gained back 7 lbs but it was worth it! Sooo much nicer holidaying after losing weight. The airplane seatbelts did up with about a foot to spare and I could even cross my legs in my seat. Got to wear a bikini at the pool without looking too scary and the hotel robes were loose on me. No sore feet or ankles, and actually enjoyed walking several miles a day in the sun. And, finally, bought size SMALL souvenir t-shirts on departure.
