maine iss baar 1 mahine m sirf 1 kg hi kam kiya hai mujhe jaldi se 9 kg kam karna hai
ab se mai chai paratha nhi khaungi
diet plane :
1)breakfast:
..zeera Pani with lemon honey , ho sake toh 1 apple

2) lunch :
1.5 roti aur sabzi

3) dinner :
only 1 roti aur sabzi

no chawal no chai no snacks plz control yourself thode din Khali plz


63.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 11.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
