It was a very long and busy weekend. I feel like I didnt get a real meal from about Thursday evening till Sunday eve, it was pretty much all grab and go. I also had beers Sat and Sunday so my weight was up when I weighed in yesterday.

Yesterday I had a very good macro day. I went to the gym AND walked my dog. I walked my friends dogs every day last week, in the snow and freezing temps, so theres no reason that I cant take my little dog out for a walk. I just need to stop being lazy, and start being more consistent.
119.7 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 37.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
