Today is the day I started working out 1 year ago. I have achieved so many things during this time. I am not gonna say I have my dream figure but i am way more confident in myself. The biggest change happened on my waist , my waist was 35 - 36 inches and now it's 26 inches 😳. My weight dropped from 89 to 68 kgs. I used to think it's impossible. Few days ago a person who said to me stop eating you are getting fat , said don't lose weight anymore your collarbones are showing. Like seriously these people are too much 😂. So don't stop from achieving your goal and don't think about others thinking because they will give cheap advices to you no matter what. 😊😊
68.5 kg Lost so far: 12.5 kg.    Still to go: 3.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

keep gng diya!!🥳🥳 long back I have seen your transformation picture and that day I have decided to start my journey seriously.But couldnt do it.Then I started dng seriously from end of Feb and lost 2kgs already!! You are my inspiration...All the best dear❣❣

@pooja321 & aushiptl here are some tips - 1) Don't do strict diets. 2) Do portion control. Eat whatever you want but in moderation. 3) Drink a lot of water. 4) Exercise is must. You can take one or two rest days ( or as much as u need ). 5) Don't start your journey with extreme workout routines. Slowly increase your workout intensity. That's it.. Best of luck 😊👍🏻
