saw doctor yesterday she is happy with 145 and told me not to go below 140 since l am 69 ??? no is fine with me maintenance is now key since I have done this a hundred times lose it and gain it back
65.8 kg Lost so far: 20.0 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Good luck on maintenance it is in my opinion harder than losing. ... I am trying to have a plan for mine

My Dr told me she's happy with my current weight as well. She's a majority of one. I'm looking for about 20-25# less. We'll see how it goes. Just thrilled to be where I am now. Really inspired by your success!

I've also lost weight dozens of times but have never been able to maintain. The longest time I maintained was about 4 years when I would run 4 miles most days. Other than that I maintain long enough to buy a wardrobe of smaller clothes that fit for about a week then start getting tight. With a doctor's support and follow up appointments I think it might be possible to maintain. Good luck!

She didn't really say why I think she was going by my age and she knows how active I am in the summer I volunteer two days at the food shelter then I have the garden and 4 acres to mow maybe she just thinks at 69 I might need more energy and the chicken's of course but I feel good at 145

You can do it and maintain. I dropped from 300 to 171, and my wife said I was too thin at 5'10". So, I let myself creep up to about 195. With holidays and traveling it came on easily. Unfortunately, at that weight I feel sluggish. I have to get down to below at least 185 again. Keep at it !!
