Very happy with the direction Im headed! Its all diet, Ive been super busy at work so I havent been getting to the gym. Im going to try to go tonight, but we will just have to see where Im at.
117.3 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 34.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

that is a great drop - good for you. I lost over 50 pounds before I even began walking any distance. No exercise at all - none !!! The right RDI and a good healthy Food Plan for Life vs diet mode - works every time regardless if you exercise or not. Good for you - that is a nice drop! That is how you do it. 💪💪
