With my diet restriction I lost 5 kg in one month.. Now taking it slow for this week. and trying to maintain the same.

Hey followed below steps
1. Fixed time for eating ( very imp)
2.Fixed time for sleeping and waking up
3. Enough water
4. Only home food. No hotel food, No bakery products like bread, biscuit, cookie. ( I am vegetarian)
5. Replaced white rice, white poha with boiled rice, red rice, red poha, millet
6. Using pink salt
7.Added salad and curd to lunch and dinner,
8. 1 fruit in evening snack
9. Portion control
10. Weekly one reward meal in small quantity
Excercise
Just being active throught the day
walking 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the evening.

nothing will change ....if she doesn't in calorie deficit.....no salt will harm you..weight loose is not about shrinking your food....it's all about eating the right food....

Table salt is bad for us. Just go and check how do they make it. Rest all types of salt are ok Sendha namak, rock salt, etc
No shrinking of food. Eating right food at right quantity as t right time.

What to eat, decide yourself.
Thumb rule: It should be home made, nutritious, Different vegetable and fruits everyday
Right food, Right Time, Right quantity.
Add Millets, Boiled rice , jowar, Ragi , Bajra etc
i skipped White rice and wheat
At 7 Honey lemon Chia water,
At 9 BF
At 11 Dry fruit and green tea
At 1 Lunch with salad , curd,
At 5 Fruits
At 7 Dinner Multigrain roti , Subji, salad curd
