Had vacation for 2 weeks. From 69 i have reached 62 in 1.5 months. I have maintained the same weight for past 3 weeks...
Now time for second round...
Need to reach 58 and tone up.. Last 5 kgs are hard to loose..
Would need lot of discipline... Hope for the best
