Calculate your bmr via bmr calculator and whatever number comes subtract 400 from it and eat that number of calories daily. Count your macros 6 days a week. Fat - 20 percent Protien - 50 percent Carbs - 30 percent Be in calorie deficit Try doing some type or workout atleast 3 days a week Add 10000 steps a day If u can run then run 1 km a day for faster results Add 3 supplement to your everyday life Omega 3 fish oil, multi vitamin with probiotic(healthkart), vitamin d3 2000 iu daily(healthkart) Add intermitting fasting Add these food to weekly diet - mausami juice(2 times a week), Eggs, sugarcane juice(2 times a week) Almonds, chicken breast(if non veg) Cashew, Dark chocolate 4 piece a day, brown bread, peanut butter, Honey, Banana, Yogurt, Milk,cheese, sweet potato, fish(if non veg), coconut juice(twice) cucumber, dry coconut piece, pomegranate, kiwi, walnut, fig, oats, grapes, banana, sweet potato, apple
