Calculate your bmr via bmr calculator and whatever number comes subtract 400 from it and eat that number of calories daily.
Count your macros 6 days a week.
Fat - 20 percent
Protien - 50 percent
Carbs - 30 percent
Be in calorie deficit
Try doing some type or workout atleast 3 days a week
Add 10000 steps a day
If u can run then run 1 km a day for faster results
Add 3 supplement to your everyday life
Omega 3 fish oil, multi vitamin with probiotic(healthkart), vitamin d3 2000 iu daily(healthkart)
Add intermitting fasting
