i normally don't eat healthy food all the time but after consuming 1600 calories/day and walking 5km a day I'm losing almost 2 pounds a week
74.2 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 4.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
