No excuse but I have an injured gluteal minimus from slipping on the stairs. All I can say is I am nearing 50 and so fortunate I didn’t break my hip or femur. Diet hasn’t changed but needs to do better. Modified workouts most I can do is 10 minutes or less, no intensity and using the roller on my butt. Missing Letty’s classes.
51.5 kg Lost so far: 18.8 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

2melon oh yes that’s my daily routine plus ibuprofen as needed. Got really scared when I heard and felt a pop. Then I couldn’t walk the next day my husband has to physically carry me to the urgent care. I was using crutches for the first week now I’m using a cane since my balance is unsteady. 🫶🏽

So sorry to hear you slipped! I worry about falling on the stairs at my house. Hope you heal quickly.

@HCB I have been doing physical therapy and taking it slow for a bit. It does get a bit easier to manage.

Hi @DaddyM doing well get the used to the stretches and more free therapy at work. I should be getting the go ahead by next week.💪🏽
