Not sure what is happening but another drop so I’ll take it and run. My diet in the past few days is 36%carb/41% fat/ 23% protein. 🤔
82.5 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 16.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
