It’s been a bit of a sickly last few days. I am dealing with a painful infection and feeling as though I’m retaining a lot of fluids.
Continuing with my goals, though! Doing my best.
83.0 kg Lost so far: 4.6 kg.    Still to go: 17.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
