There is no secret eat less calories then you burn and also more muscle means body burn more calories so eat high protein food,complex carb and good fat and workout atleast little bit and also count your calories and you'll see the results

Not if i eat same amount of protein as before I don't loose so much of muscle but i can't do anything because my gym is closed for maintenance

if you loosing wheight without doing anything, then consult a doctor for diabetics or thyroid.

@Pankaj.mgm I'm sure that I'm affected by any of those diseases and also there's a thing called eating in calorie restriction which helps you loose weight and some of them are muscle if you don't eat enough protein
