Yay! I have not seen that number on my scale in 15 yrs. I feel so inspired by all the FS posts and stories, thank you! A special shout out to Shirfleur1 whenever I read your posts I feel optimistic, to Year of Health for making me feel determined, and SherryeB for motivation, perseverance, and the joy of food!
