Day-7 of the Chloe ting 2019 two week shred challenge! I did two additional workouts, one for my humongous thighs and the other for abs. I feel it's easier to do these workouts nowadays. However, it is pretty difficult to do mountain climbers and burpees and just anything when your yoga mat is 4 years old and your shoe is about to tear. Im going to buy a new mat and socks this evening so that I don't slip and twist my ankles or even fall to my untimely demise :(
54.7 kg Lost so far: 8.3 kg.    Still to go: 6.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.6 kg a Week

Untimely demise! Jhahahahjaaa! Good one! I didn’t like Ting too much. I do Emi Wong. All the “MANLY” routines are too aggressive, just for the sake of it, and unsustainable. Keep on keeping on! You got this one!
