Ugh. Well, it’s been a few days around the same range so I don’t think it’s just water weight or hormonal. Need to do better on my eating.
82.8 kg Lost so far: 4.7 kg.    Still to go: 17.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Kinda the same issue as me. Mine is always centered around the weekend with family and larger meals. Then, it takes 10 days for me to get back to normal. I am finally through the 4th of July weight addition, and have begun losing again. You will get there !!
