We've had lots of wonderful summer company, but too many delicious meals! I think I have kept my portions reasonable but it's time for a reset and to focus on healthy eating. I would like to see those pounds go down. We waited for it to cool off last night before going on a mountain bike ride but still came home a sweaty mess! :)

Looks really pretty out there. The kids went out today it was to hot for me I don't do well on the heat these days makes me sick.
