So I am changing my diet a bit. Earlier it was heavily dependent on pulses. With it, I took fruits and veggies.

Now I am shifting the gear and making it majorly dependent on fruits, nuts, veggies and dairy. Two reasons to do so. 1) it takes less time to prepare. 2) I have hit a weight loss pleatue.
57.7 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 8.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Don't worry you'll lost weight even you'll be only in calorie deficit, it's hard for mens to loose weight & build some muscle as well. Tum 4 ke jagah 3 baar bhi khana khaogi you'll loose weight, Not even a big deal.
