Midterms are coming up and getting ready for those. Just got put on risperidone 0.25 mg to help my anxiety and sensitivities. Got an app to check in on how I am feeling and an app to remind me to drink water. I am aiming for 68 oz. a day.
61.2 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
