Yup. Holidays, followed by polar vortex. I snacked my way through the whole thing and haven't weighed in for weeks. Back at it now.

I always want heavier, more filling food this time of year - chi!i, stew, roasts. You haven't gained all that much considering what tempts us during the holidays

Fritzy, what disturbs me is I keep having binge days. That really has to stop. I'd be happy maintaining for awhile until I'm ready to lose again.

AncientH, is something else bugging you that might cause you to eat when you are not hungry? Not to suggest you need to discuss that type of thing here, but just food for thought.... 😬 apologies for the word play... couldn't resist

Unity, yeah, I can't think of anything. I think I just like to chew on something (not gum). My go to is usually airpop with butter spray, everything bagel seasoning, and chili flakes.
