you should note your daily food intake and what did you eat so that you can find out that which part of your diet is wrong and stopping you to lose weight I m trying this method and it is helping me to understand which part of my diet is not right
you should also try avoid salt and any heavy food in your dinner because dinner is most critical part which decided will you lose or gain

It will take some time. Along with a good diet plan, workout for faster weight loss. Log your food properly. If possible, but a food weight scale, and measure everything that you eat or cook. And log them.
Only then you would understand exactly what macros are going inside your body.
Another suggestion: see a professional nutritionist for a proper diet.

Losing weight too quickly means that we also lose muscle mass. From your posts, it looks like you might not be getting much protein. For losing and maintaining weight, protein should be at least 20% of your calories.

@sabweta I am also on hyperthyroid medication. Unless your thyroid gets normal the weight will keep on increasing.
Wait for the hormones to stabilise and then you’ll get a better idea.
