Wow, we have a 43lb Goldendoodle. The Bernadoodle pup should be around 40-45lbs as well. Together, they aren't 100lbs.

Thanks, he is a really sweet boy, but a bit of a surprise. His mom was 50 lbs and dad was 70 lbs, not sure what happened :)

Maintenance is a breeze provided your WOE is sustainable, ie not done just for short term. Best wishes on your maintenance 👍👍

100 pounds? Wow! He’s huge! But oh so cute. 😁
I like maintenance because I’m able to eat up to 2200 calories daily, which my body likes. While I’m in maintenance, I still weigh my food. Maybe 1 day I’ll stop but for now, it keeps me accountable. It also takes the guess work out of calories IN.
Your very active life will help you during your maintenance.

I agree with sk.17. For me the journey has been about eating nutritionally sound foods so nothing has changed except I am eating more of the same things. What a beautiful happy dog !!
