please suggest some low calorie dinner veg recipes
66.5 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 6.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.2 kg a Week

chop some beans carrot capcicum and tomato first then in a pan add one cup water and let the vegetables boil and then add two tblspn oats stir it with a spoon and then salt and any seasoning u like. garnish with some coriander leaves and serve hot. it tastes good u can try
