Uff! Please suggest me some strict rules to lose weight..
67 kg Lost so far: 2 kg.    Still to go: 7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

how much is your protein intake?

Honestly, I was eating too much junk these days, but from today onwards I want to take care of calories intake, I dont know but now a days I crave too much for sugar, lemonade( for dehydration).. My height is 5'2 and weight 67kg. I was 60 kgs in September after that my weight is increased..

take as much dietary protein as possible. protein keeps you fuller for a long time. and for sugar,it can't be helped.i have completely given up sugar but sometimes it just so happens that I wanna eat up the entire sugar container. try to keep your sugar intake upto 1tsp/day. even tho 1tsp=16cals, it might not seem like much but sugar has a high glycemic index. basically your body quickly stores this calories instead of using it for energy. so you start seeing WT gain when you consume lots of sugar.
