It's Bihu season in my state. gonna be inhaling carbs for most of the week as it is a customary way of celebration . hope I don't gain too much weight.🥲
52.5 kg Lost so far: 9 kg.    Still to go: 4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Well I could call it a mini bulk cause I gained 1.2kg but that wouldn't have happened if I kept hitting the gym during that week. I was out of town so couldn't do so. Overall it wasn't that bad but I think I've grown paranoid of gaining all that weight again, so mentally it's exhausting. I keep on regretting everytime I eat something that has a little more than the required carb amount. Even my cheat days feel guilty. I am in no way starving myself but it feels guilty to eat certain food. I guess that comes with the horrors of problems faced during obesity cause no one wants a repeat of that.
