lol its this mornings weight I haven't posted In a few days been really busy with work and the kids but it's been an amazing week for body weight exercise PR'S. first I hit 20 pull ups but you saw that already then yesterday I did my first strict muscle up and today I did 24 dips.

Nice job with the pull-ups.
Today, after I go to sleep, I will aim to post my step count and also use the exercise bike, and also post my brunch and dinner! I don’t log on this app currently; I log somewhere else for now.
