THIS IS STILL COMFORT EATING. ONE HUGE BOX OF CHOCOLATES AND 15 SLIMMING BARS IN ONE DAY. I DO KNOW I CAN LOSE THE WEIGHT. I'm just finding it difficult. But I am giving it a good go now. I hope most of you have done better than me. Have a great weekend. Merry Mel ❤️

I have never done that but have had some horrible eating day well into the 2000 calories.

I cope by eating. Some of us do …. But once life is kind or we adapt we can concentrate on weight loss

Thanks, ladies, I have been good now, as most of my lovely clothes don't fit. And I have jeans and leggins they don't fit either. No new clothes as I am talking about new clothes. So I don't want to go up a size either. I am starting to sell Jim's clothes on Vinted, but although they are selling its still very sad 😔. But needs must. Out walking shortly. But dull, wet day, it doesn't help my mood. Still, I will do it. Try and have a good Sunday. Much love, Merry Mel ❤️

don't be too hard on yourself Merry Mel, it's still not really been that long for you! I'm definitely an emotional eater, and I guess the first step is recognising it then trying to find an alternative if you find yourself reaching for the snacks, like music? Water? something else?

I'm a comfort eater too Merry Mel. Once I broke the habit it got easier, and once I saw some weight come off that motivated me to carry on. Its really hard. Be kind to yourself, you're here and that's the first (and hardest) step
