A small decrease of 0.2 lbs.
35 min walk with my daughter around the neighborhood yesterday. Saturday, I did about 30 mins on the treadmill and 30 min total body strength training.

78.0 kg Lost so far: 9.6 kg.    Still to go: 12.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
