Granted, this was after dinner and then the day after lapses every single day, but…it’s caught up. I thought I was invincible, and didn’t gain weight…until today.
Gosh, how scary, how quick this was (if it’s accurate, given I did just eat plus temporary gain from a lapse). I can get this off. I won’t let it get out of hand.

Thank you! Day two binge-free and about to allow myself an “extra” day to feel full again, tomorrow, but not too extra—2,100 to 2,300 calories *max* and not a cheat day, just more food so I don’t get gradually hungrier daily! Not more junk than usual, 90 percent healthy, and trying for not any junk, as in trying for 100 percent at best even on “extra” days!
