ugh this past week has caused me to be bloated and up in weight it should go back down. Update I'm doing physical therapy and he says that I am doing great my pain has went down except for the evening hours around 9pm-2am when I wake up it seems to be worse at night time now. praise God for everything he's doing to help keep me out of bad pain and helping me in my recovery process.

must start again today and eat better than I did last week..
