Training and fitness levels took a back seat last week. Time to refocus and get back on the grind regimen. Wanna be able to reach my target levels by the end of this month or so. C'mon, let's get it!

Calories - 1500
Carbs - 156g
Proteins - 111g
Fats - 60g
81.5 kg Lost so far: 6.6 kg.    Still to go: 3.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
