Hi, If u are in keto diet plz remove sprouts / lentils/ chana/ In your diet. Add more fat. Have 3 eggs with 15g amul cream. It's very heavy for a breakfast. I lost 5 Kgs in 10 days. Ping me in case of any doubts.
