OMG! took my son to Shogun for his 18th birthday! i had a small salad (didnt eat it all), shrimp (grilled), vegetables(grilled) which i only ate a couple broccoli cause i didnt like the spices and RICE. OMG! the calories in rice is NOT WORTH IT. I only had one cup (I think) its my best guess. Im gonna be super good the rest of the day and only eat protein. Thank goodness I go to bed at 8:30 cause I work at 4:30 a.m.!!!!

Rice & pasta are HUGE in calories - a minute portion is off the scale. I agree, so not worth it
