I am addicted to sugar! I am trying to break this sugar addiction by not eatting any sugar, or any foods that are processed. I am eatting egg whites, lean meats, lots of veggies, lots of water, and 30 minutes (at least) of moderate exercise/day. I need to do this & will be successful!
